BEFORE TRAINING: Consumer one serve, 20 minutes prior to training, in 400-500ml of cold water.
AFTER TRAINING: Consume one serve in 400-500ml of cold water immediately after training.
NON TRAINING DAYS: Consume one serve in 400-500ml of cold water between meals(s) Do not consume more than 1 serving per day.
Store in a cool, dry place below 30C. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture.
